This area is rich in places of interest to visit (prehistoric cave-art, medieval buildings, museums etc) and the landscape itself is astoundingly beautiful and varied. There are some very good restaurants, too!
20 years experience of teaching in art schools helps broaden and deepen one's attitude: I am happy to help beginners as well as experienced or advanced students.
With a wide knowledge of methods and materials, and working myself in a variety of techniques and mediums (pencil, pen and ink, charcoal, pastel, watercolour, gouache, oil, acrylic) no student will lack information, help or inspiration.
Some facilities are available for working in clay and plaster.
